Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Deposits

A signed contract and retainer deposit are required to secure your date. The retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward your total package price. Your date is not confirmed until we receive both the signed contract and retainer payment.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment system. Late payments may result in delayed delivery of photos.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 90 days before event: Retainer is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking within 12 months.
  • 60-90 days before event: 50% of total package price is due.
  • Less than 60 days before event: Full package price is due.
  • Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract, typically 6-8 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions. Delivery times may vary during peak season (May-October).

Image Rights and Usage

You receive a personal use license for all delivered images. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and personal display. Commercial use of images requires written permission. We retain copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cooperation

You agree to provide reasonable cooperation during your session, including following timing recommendations and allowing adequate time for photography. We cannot be held responsible for missed shots due to time constraints, uncooperative subjects, or venue restrictions beyond our control.

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your images, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, memory card corruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of your package price. We recommend considering wedding insurance for additional protection.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work together to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will not affect existing contracts but will apply to new bookings made after the update date.
